Marissa and other Fix employees were on top of things and kept me well in the loop throughout the process.

People very nice but car making a clicking sound that it wasn't making before accident. Will bring back. Also the driver door handle won't open from the inside. I didn't expect it at first because it wasn't part of the accident damage but the man offered to take a look at it. Noone said anythingo and door still broken. Would have been helpful.to let me know unable to.fix or even to give price.

I dropped my car off waiting for the estimate then 3 days later some in the office called me and asked if I dropped my car off. I knew I should've just had my car towed to another collision center. Marissa the estimator never contacted me. I was never kept up to date. I had to call her for updates. Then she would have Anita tell me the information. It's as if she never wanted to speak with me directly and every time I was able to get her on the phone she acted like It was an inconvenience. It was a terrible experience. I've had my vehicles repaired with fix auto in the past and after this experience I will never go there again. I will contact corporate for a formal complaint. The office even felt bad for my experience and offered to have my car detailed in the future. I do not wish to return to this location. As for the car itself the paint job has some patches. I can tell my vehicle was rushed just by the paint job. I do not wish to be contacted by any representatives from the Long beach location. I will be contacting corporate for a formal complaint. The only person who had any empathy in the situation was Anita. I am grateful for her customer service.

What an amazing experience! The whole accident process was such a headache but I was pleased with the service provided to me. Angel took care of me from start to finish. He went above and beyond from the adjustment process until my car was ready to be picked up. The rental company gave me problems returning my car, I was so frustrated with many other things to do but he was able to help me and got everything figured out with professionalism and great service. Definitely referring my friends and family here.
