I am really grateful for how easy this process was. Dave was really great about keeping me informed before I brought my car in for service and while my car was being worked on. When I picked my car up, I was surprised to see that both the outside and inside of my car had been thoroughly cleaned. That made me so happy and very much exceeded my expectations. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received.

Chad was very helpful and thorough. He made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. He also facilitated my dealing with the insurance company, and the rental car company. The work was done promptly and well. Chad explained what was done, as well as showed me.
I appreciated the competence, professionalism and excellent customer service --of which Barb, your receptionist is also a part.
