Initial quote was provided the final total was just under 30% more than quotes. When asked about replacing a brake bulb that had just went out. Was told that since they are already working on it that it would be complimentarily completed. Was not... was also told I would receive $100 dollars off for military membership as a self pay and was told than after the disassemble that clips were needed to be replaced that would cost about 100, the itemized bull shows they were 10.16, all in all, I walked out the door spending more than quoted, the paint was a great match however the front bumper was not flush on drive side- reason from employee was some cars are just like this. All in all I jut did not feel like he value I received in professional quotes and repair of my front bumper reflected the invoice paid.

Terrible experience. The work done was careless and haphazard. Numerous items were put on incorrectly. Then when I got the car back there was a high pitched squeel. I was told it was the blower motor. Again wrong. It is due to a connection that was put back incorrectly. There is a gap and the squeel gets louder the faster you go. I can’t get anyone to call me back but I shouldn’t have to pay more to fix your techs mistakes. My impression is that you just don’t care to do the job CORRECTLY.

Excellent job done by the team. Troy was great. He made sure that I was updated on the progress of my car, and moved my car over to the dealership for service, when the body repairs were done. When I did call in the front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for restoring my car back to it's "New" look.

I am very upset that after 3 weeks of waiting for my car to be complete and mentioning 4 times that I needed my rear camera and sensors fixed from my rear-end collision, it still was not fixed. When handed the keys, I asked CJ about why my rear window was replaced when the lift gate did not need to be replaced. Nothing was wrong with my window. She stated that the guys broke it trying to take it out. If that is the case, why the heck was it part of MY bill?!? Next, I asked if she backed the car up to bring it outside to me. She said yes. I asked if the camera and sensors were working. She again said they worked for her. I went home, rode back with my husband and picked up my vehicle. I turned it on, put it in reverse and the same error sound occurred with no back up camera. I went into my vehicle settings and there is not even a camera registered in my car. I was flat out lied to by CJ and that is UNACCEPTABLE. I went in to talk to the woman who helped close out my claim/repair. Her first words were that it was odd CJ told me it worked for her. So, I drove home and turned on my radio to find that my speakers aren’t working correctly. Nothing was wrong with my speakers before I brought it in. At this point, I’m wondering what else I’ll find is wrong over the next few days.
I would appreciate this to be resolved at my least inconvenience, as well as a phone call from the owner.

Well it looks like the new car again that it is, want to thank everyone there for the great experience and quickly getting me on the road again. And the interior wipe down was very appreciated as well it looked so great I haven't even smoked in it anymore to keep it looking nice, I wanted to kick the habit anyway.

My trunk lid was replaced and I have noticed a significant amount of scratches on my spoiler that were not their previously. I hand washed my car this weekend to see if the look would improve but unfortunately it did not.
