I was never notified when things changed or work completed. Donald was very unresponsive and lacked any proactive service what so ever. I received multiple blank emails from him. Twice I had to call to see if my car had been completed. After attempting to pick it up the first time, the work had not been completed and he said it was no big deal they just didn't buff a part of the panel. I asked him to correct it and he said it would take a day. Four days later I finally called was told it had been comleted that same day. Some of the scratches were still there. I asked him to complete the work and again they had to buff it. For the reputation I honestly expected a more profession job on my car and better customer service. The woman in the front was wonderful though. Kudos to her.

I was initially told my car would be in the shop for a minimum of 5 business days, which made me sad because I love my car. I got a phone call 3 days later saying it was ready to be picked up. I was so excited to have my car returned to me sooner than expected. The entire staff was very courteous and professional and it made for a great experience, considering I had just been in an accident. I went to Cook's because the other driver's insurance uses them, but I would go there on my own knowing how great they are. Thank you!

The job wasn't fully done and I believe further damage was caused. Went back today to have it corrected and manager was rude and unprofessional and didn't have any helpful information. Not having access to photos and other important information is bad business, especially when you are telling a customer that it didn't happen. You don't turn away a customer because you don't believe a mistake didn't happen. You don't waste a customers time and gas making them come back to fix a mistake that is likely your fault. Saying you didn't do something when you obviously weren't present for the whole job is horrible customer service and bad business. My car was obviously painted and the claim was it wasn't and a part wasn't replaced, two false statements arguing with me when we didn't come in with an attitude just sure something wasn't done right. If I was the owner of a company I would have someone better trained to deal with negative situations in a management position. I went through the walk through with the estimator and Geico and noted all damage in paint, multiple issues can be found that weren't there prior to service.
