At first I was excited for Elite to take my car into their car. My rep was Lisa and she was very attentive and professional. The 3rd day when car was supposed to be completed in had to take care of business with Kim and it went downhill from there! She was not knowledgeable at all, never returned my calls and gave me wrong information about my car. When I came to pick it up, she ignored me and walked out of the office and another rep had to pick up her slack. Unfortunately my car was not ready and Kim had given wrong information again. The next day I picked up my vehicle I noticed immediately that the paint job down on my bumper and the rest of my car did not match. Lisa went to get the manager and he made me feel even worst about the situation. At 1st he said that the bumper they painted looked better than the original job on the front bumper. So, I knew that the body was a different color from the new bumper, now he's saying that it's actually 3 different colors on my car. He acknowledged that and said that sometimes that just the way it happens and if he got it repainted it wouldn't help. I felt like crying! This was my very 1st car that I purchased after joining the military and to hear someone say just deal with it was heartbreaking. He asked Lisa how much she quoted the job at and they had a brief discussion and he thanked us for our business and left. We ended up paying full price for a rainbow car. I am not happy with the service or the way the situation was handled.

When I picked my car up, the engine light was on and my auto-start didn't work any more. I have called to speak to the technician and he was going to get back with me after he spoke to Geico. I have not heard anything more about this matter. I would appreciate someone getting back to me in regards to this.

Love your work. I'm nick picking here, but there were some dusty finger prints on back seats (seat & back). Just a bit more attention to detail during the final detailing. Again, love the work you guys do. If I need auto body work done again, I'll be back. Jeff
