I absolutely loved working with Coughlin Collision. Roger provided the best customer service, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was not too sure of the process and he was always available to answer any questions that I had. My car looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out and with the service that I received. Thank you Coughlin, and specifically, Roger.

the body work was done very well, however, I had never had an issue with my trunk opening and closing properly before the accident. I addressed my concern with Tim in collision and he shrugged it off saying someone there worked at Honda and said some Hondas open differently and they didnt see any issue. Theres definetly an issue still. My trunk is near the area where the vehicle hit. You have to slam it now to get it shut and it doesnt pop open like it used to..you have to physically lift it up. Had it not cost so much money...and me still owing quite a bit on the car, it wouldn't bother me as much, but Id like it to be completely issue free since is the case. Also my tire sensor pressure light is on my dashboard. This was not on before the accident either. I was told by Tim id have to take it to a honda dealership because they dont fix things like that. Im not sure if that's a big deal or not...but it was not on prior to the accident and the tires have the corrrect amount of air in them.
