I highly recommend Dan's Paint and Body! As a former senior quality examiner, I have coached and evaluated organizations and companies. Dan's does an outstanding job from the time you arrive until you leave with your repaired vehicle. The front-office personnel are very pleasant and they keep you informed. Most importantly, the work on my car was excellent. If I need any body work in the future, I will definitely go back to Dan's.

Repair was done with professional standards. Excellent craftsmanship,color match was right on. Brenda did an excellent,superb job keeping us informed and explaining the insurance issues. She has great customer service qualities. My wife and I think Brenda is an Awsome asset to company. The front desk lady was very helpful and cordial.

Your team did a fine job, from estimation to completion. This is my first experience of having an organization be in contact with me on a regular basis, i.e. 4 emails and 2 phone calls in 3 ****/2 days. To me, this reflects the organizational emphasis on customer service.

Customer Experience at Dan's was superior to my experiences with other shops with one exception. My repair was delayed by two days due to a poorly prepared wheel replacement. My rental car was out of pocket so this delay cost me $110.00 extra on my rental car costs.

We have already discussed the deficiencies with my representative (numerous poor edge paint finishes, the front bumper not secured correctly, the door side moldings not on straight, the roof trim not installed correctly, and the tail gate trim installed incorrectly. The truck is back in your shop, and I hope these issues can be resolved without compromising the new paint.

Would recommend Dan's Paint and Body to anyone wanting a professional, honest and guaranteed job done on their vehicle. I also appreciate the detail job that was done on the car and the 3 additional details that were included. It put a smile on our faces to get our vehicle back both running and looking brand new.
