Only to find out he didn’t pass the information along and put the estimate in the wrong system. Once you became aware the process moved along quickly . You also kept me informed of the progress. Just wished someone would have gone over the repairs. Overall very pleased. Will recommend your services to others.

Extended length of time to repair vehicle, everyday for several days was given response of the next day it would be available! Friendly staff but inconsistent! Estimate if 2 weeks turned into 4&****/2 weeks! Had we be updated at all by Toyota we would have rented a car while ours was in repair but we kept being told it was almost done! The car was even “lost” for the 1st 2 weeks.... we never received any updates or info the entire time unless we called! Not so great! However, so far car looks great!

I’m disappointed because they put a brand new headlight on the damaged side and now they look like two different ones. I also asked if he could paint the rust on my hood and he said I don’t recommend it. You should just drive it to work everyday.

Estimated time of repair was 5 business days, the repair lasted 2 weeks. There was no offer of a rental vehicle for the inconvenience of time. Lack of communication, verbally of what was going on. It was nice to see the emails, but if there was information sooner on why it would be taking longer, call within business hours so the call can be returned if missed. Seemed to be unprepared when I came to come get the car; knowing that it would be done that day, final paperwork was not completed. When contacting the office, Becky seemed short and inconvenienced when answering questions regarding the progress of the vehicle. I'm disappointed with the service; I would not recommend.
