Communication with Warrensburg Collision was excellent. We live in Central Illinois and the accident happened while we were visiting our son and his family at Whiteman AFB. The front desk crew helped assist in finding my car which had been put in storage instead of being put in your lot after the accident over a weekend. They also facilitated the transfer of the car from the storage facility to you to finally get car so you could start working on it. The accident took place on a Friday night and you guys didn't get the car from storage/insurance until the following Thursday. They kept us informed of each step of the process and helped guide me with the insurance company to find the car. After all that, your repair team got the repairs done ahead of schedule so my son could drive the car back home for Thanksgiving! Car looks great! Drives Great! Thank you! Christina and Frank D
