I had not used your shop in the past. I was impressed with how clean it was and the professionalism of everybody I dealt with. I hope to not need body work done again but if I do will use Warrensburg Collision.

There were so many things that totally impressed me about Warrensburg Collision, I hardly know where to begin. Professionalism and courtesy begin the list. The cleanliness of the bay where my car was first evaluated and that of the waiting room were impressive. I think I could have eaten off the floors! I was blown away when I found out that my tail light was replaced at the cost of a used one, just to be able to get my car back to me sooner! And of course, the finished product looked like it just rolled off the line at the factory! I opened my door to take my car home and was stunned to see that what had been a car interior sorely in need of cleaning was now cleaner than even I could make it. I had to go back to the office and tell the gentleman at the desk what a surprise and thrill it was to find this! There is no doubt in my mind that, heaven forbid I should have the need, I will only leave my vehicle in the competent and caring hands of Warrensburg Collision. And I have and will make sure all my family and friends know this story!!! Job well done, guys!!! Thank you!!!!!

Excellent customer service!! I really liked the daily text updates! Very impressed with how quickly they were able complete the restoration. I will definitely be using Warrensburg Collision again if I have any future Collision repair needs.

When I picked up my truck last Friday, it looked new again, even though it's 19 years old! I couldn't believe that it had been thoroughly cleaned outside, as well as inside. The interior even smelled like a new vehicle. One would never even know that it had been damaged only a week before. Also, the cost for the repair was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that I asked you to do several repairs over and above the damage. A local competitor of yours gave me an estimate that was almost 1000 more than your estimate, and I didn't even ask for any extra repairs; I just showed him the truck, and he evaluated the damage. Your bay where you provide the estimates is a nice area. It allows the estimator to focus on his work and the customer to come in out of the weather (it was raining on the day I asked for the estimate). Yours is a professional establishment, and I will highly recommend you to my friends. My neighbor has a truck similar to mine, and it has rusted out rear fender wells. I will encourage him to see you about repairing it.

I appreciate you all keeping me posted as to the progress of the work done on my truck. When I picked it up everything looked pretty good except there was some kind of scuff mark on the hood right above the light fixture. After pointing out to the guy that went over my truck repairs with me, he used some stuff and a rag to rub it out with but there's still some marks showing so I'm going to need to bring it back in. It's not near as noticeable as it was before he put that stuff on it but I would like it fixed. Otherwise everything was great!

Still checking things out but have seen a few imperfections in the hood of the car we will see if it works out but not very happy about that.

When I arrived to get the car the lights had been left on. I came to get it about 2 hours after you closed. Fortunately the battery was ok but I was surprised to see them on when I pulled in the parking lot. Other than that everything was fine. ????

As usual, Warrensburg Collision went above and beyond. This was just a minor job this time, but you guys once again did it better than I had expected. thanks!
