Alexandra was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick but thorough inspecting my car and she kept me posted on the repairs that turned out to be more extensive than originally thought. I never waited longer than 3 minutes in the waiting area and I thought the dogs behind the desk were very sweet. Overall a great job done on the repairs of my damage. The only negative was that when I was driving home , I noticed that my rear left turn signal was blinking faster than I’d ever seen it in the past. I called up to speak with my service representative and she told me no work was done on that side of the car. My next step was to take the car to Serramonte Ford to speak to my service advisor to see what could be done. After having him look at what it might be he called down to Precision and spoke to one of the managers and he told me to go back down and he would have it checked out. After about 15 minutes he came and told me that the plug was not completely plugged back in, an easy fix.
