I was promised things (more than one) that were not delivered. I always try to keep my expectations low to avoid disappointment. Don't promise something if you can't do it, don't want to it, or you are going to forget about it. Don't leave your customers hanging because it is very unprofessional.

The staff was nice and friendly. The State Farm Adjuster was nice and informative. I especially liked receiving text messages regarding the status of my repairs and the repair team did an excellent job on my car. I will definitely refer a friend and come back here again.
