Firstly I got a notification my car was ready, when I call telling them I’m on my way they actually say my car won’t be ready for another week. Then when my car was actually ready I go to pick up my car before work and they take forever to tell me they can’t find my keys, come to find out they locked it in the car. It took 40 mins to get all this situated making me late for work. Lastly I had left a black knife in my car that my grandfather gave me so I can keep for safety and it’s missing. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it. It was not a great experience at all. The ladies in the office were helpful however.

ATCC was awesome!! Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. And I greatly appreciated being updated with how the repairs were progressing on my vehicle. This is definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto body business establishment. I highly recommend ATCC!!

Date of completed repairs was changed three times (05/23,05/24, 05/25). In addition, on the eve (05/25/2018) of picking up my vehicle while en route to the repair shop in an Uber, I was called and advised that now my repairs would be completed on 05/29/2018. This was after receiving a text and phone call indicating the repairs were complete and my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Definitely not a repair shop I would ever recommend to others or will not take my business there again. Overall, my repair experience was poor and disconcerting. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I could go on with my critique, but what is indicated should suffice.
