I am a student and made it clear that I would not repair it if it was just a dent but I couldn't open my trunk and need it repaired for function. After I made my claim and paid my deductible and after my car was fixed, a rep from fix auto said that there was a valet switch that was turned off that I could have switched. I'm disappointed that I was not informed of this before we proceeded.

These two men, were friendly, welcoming, inviting, informative, humorous and were non judging of my messy car. Conversing with them was like talking to family. And my Enterprise Rep. "The Gemini" from New York was just a delight to work with. She was friendly, welcoming, and helped me into my rental in no time flat! We had such a great conversation about our New Year's Eve plans!
