****. Received text stating car ready for pick up. 2. Arrived next day car incomplete. 3. One hour after I left, received call car ready. 4. One day late to work from false text. 5. Day two car looks good. 6. Side panel rear end of car not set equally. 7. Now I have to come back. 8. Was the car truly expected after being finished or was my vehicle rushed?

They did more damage to my car after they repair the initial claim and now they don't want to help me fix it

The workmanship is excellent. The reason I was not completely satisfied was caused by the longer than expected completion time. I brought the vehicle in on Tuesday and the first estimate was 3 days(Friday), but then on Friday I was told it would be ready on Monday. On Monday, I was told that it would be ready late Tuesday, but finally received vehicle on Wednesday at noon.

3rd time back & your work & customer service was excellent as always!

It was a smooth process from beginning to end and especially when I needed easy more than ever! All of the staff was courteous and keep me informed throughout the entire process. I had 2 claims processed and it took slightly longer than a week but so much was done efficiently and I appreciate the work and efforts provided tremendously. From the rental to the return I did not feel overwhelmed and it was convenient to have had a one stop shop. The Enterprise rep was awesome and so was my Geico rep which demonstrated a superb commitment by the body shop to deliver quite an exceptional experience during a stressful time and the fact that my vehicle was returned to me in the condition it was prior to two incidents is more than amazing. I'm so ecstatic to have had such a wonderful experience. Thanks Fix Auto so very much and I have zero reservations about promoting your efforts to anyone in need of Auto repairs forever from now on. Have an amazing weekend and major kudos to management for putting together such an amazing team of amazing individuals!!!
