Jim Frucht and the rest of the team were very courteous. Despite a full lot of autos to be repaired, they took my AAA account when a very smug and snotty Caliber Collision refused my AAA business because I needed to leave my PT Cruiser at the shop while on vacation from 9/21 to 9/30.Jim promised all the accommodations and delivered my car in perfect condition when I returned directly from LAX on 9/30 at noon.

My car looks beautiful!! It took a little longer than expected to complete but it was definitely worth the wait. I can tell they took their time to do the job right. It looks good as new! And Dmitry was especially pleasant to work with. He was so nice and very helpful. He communicated with me about every step of the process. He even encouraged me to get other parts of my car that were damaged fixed. Not in a pushy way, but he educated me on the benefits of doing all of the repairs at the same time and went out of his way to make it feasible for me to do them. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you!!

Customer service, communication and craftsmanship were generally excellent! My one complaint is that I was charged more than 50 for glass cleanup, but when I moved the personal items (from the trunk) that had been placed in the back seat, there were shards of glass everywhere. The glass hadn't been cleaned up at all, beyond removing the one big piece that was sitting on the seat. I don't have an easy way to clean up all the glass (no handheld vacuum cleaner), and I cut my hand a bit trying to clean up some of the pieces. My friend had to sit on glass on the drive home. I was disappointed about the glass oversight, but everything else was excellent.

Your shop was recommended from the insurance company with ensured quality job. However, I'm not quite sure about your honesty because you order wrong bumper, different year model. The color is off, quality is okay (not satisfied for sure), and the top bracket is not there. I'm really surprised, because I'm sure you have many years of experience repairing/ordering Lexus car. I think you knew the part/bumper was wrong and I don't even think it's original Lexus bumper, its probably reconditioned bumper. I'm sure you knew about this, because my 5 year old daughter notice the difference.

I had to ride u guys to get just OK results. Sloppy,slow,iffy communication,too busy with other jobs, pulled insurance co. In for no reason but not willing to satisfy customer and banged my car parking like sardines. I would not recommend your shop to someone who loved their car. Also 2 big lions are stupid....

I am 90% satisfied..but I was told that the paint mixed for the front would be used to paint the marks on the back of my car and they were not...but the work and the condition of my car were excellent..I would recommend..just wish they had painted the back as promised..
