Firstly, the communication provided by your team; especially Josh Gnadt was exceptional! I knew what was happening everyday with my vehicle with an update, sometimes twice day!. Josh went above an beyond to provide us with excellent customer care and went the extra mile. Upon completion our vehicle looked fabulous, which we were concerned about because it is an older model Jeep and was concerned about sourcing parts. Not a problem.
I hope we never have an accident again but if we do I will always use Service King and will most definitely recommend them to others.
