Overall I was satisfied with my expirence. The work was solid and done timely. Chris was very good at communicating the status of my car. However Dillion whoni originally got a quote with told me he has to wait to hear from the insurance company which turned out to not be the case when I called the insurance they said by sending over the assignment that was enough to go forward with repairs. So that misinformation wasted time. Also I had to pay a tire related fee out of pocket. I’m not sure why that wasn’t just charged to the insurance company considering this accident wasn’t my fault that was annoying. However it was only $18 so I paid it. Also my car was on empty when I picked it up. I’m not saying it’s your responsibility to fill it up and I’m not sure what it was at when I dropped it off but I know it wasn’t on empty and it would have just been nice to not have my first stop be a gas station after picking up my car. But again overall great expirence and Chris is awesome! No need to contact me because I’m a happy customer just a few little annoyances but overall good :) thanks!
