Took longer than expected .also had to bring car back The next day because when I went to pick up the car they stated that the light that they had replaced burnt out. So they have to put a new bulb in and I have to bring the car back the next day as they don’t have that bulb in stock. They did not even wash the car. Also Jonathan who Worked with told me that the damage was $1054 yet when I went to pick up the car they told me it was $1700 of which 500 I had to pay the deductible.Also when I went to pick up the car the manager said she didn’t like the way it looks and she was having him rebuff it which concerned me.there is a corner that I’m not real happy where near the light that they fixed that burnt out so when I go back in the morning I may have them redo that.

I was there a year ago and was totally satisfied. But, this visit was so horrible. The guy who get my car was dishonest. Took more than 9 days to get my wheel back. Whenever I called him to check the status, he simply talk about payment. He insisted me to pay only in cash. He told me no credit, or debit card accepted, but finally, I paid by card. you can check the conversation it was over by phone(12-6-18 around 4 it 5 pm). In addition, though my insurance told me to pay only, deductavel, and when I told them about this, he calls someone and insist them not to pay for extra wheels(the manager also involved at this point)and forced me to pay extra $264. I have no idea about the deal behind the bar." Totally faced unethical and bellow standard service.????

I am traveling and not seen the car. So I can't comment on the work, but I can comment on the people I worked with. I may not have the names spelled correctly. Patty, at the front desk, went out of her way to help me find a rental car on the day I dropped off mine for repair. It wasn't just that she did her job she went well beyond it.there was no cars available and she called around and found one for me that met my needs. she didn't arrange to have someone from your shop drop me off at the rental location. Vanessa, my service contact, kept me up to speed and answered my questions very professionally. Like Patty, she went beyond the basics. When my car was ready, I was traveling. Vanessa arranged for the car to be delivered and placed in my garage. it's wonderful to find people who provide consistently excellent service Well done!

I told everyone I spoke with at Service King about the not so noticeable problem that needed extra attention. Because my vehicle is a large truck and the damage is not as notaicable it still requires attention. All the line of the front of the truck where off because of the collision. I told the person I dropped the vehicle all the details. When I went to pickup the vehicle none of the lines where attended to. Why did they call me and say the job is complete when the entire front of the vehicle is not fixed. All this process is wasting my time. I was the victim of an Allstate driver crashing in to me. It seems the technitions cut corners to save the insurance money and not do the job correctly. I sent the photos of the collision to the office associate at your location. The evedice of the impact is in the photos.
