Jason and team were really awesome in fixing my car. He kept me updated and fixed everything we discussed. My car looks new and that makes me so happy! The only frustrations I had were with my insurance company, but that is to be expected :) I will be coming back to Rivertown Collision for sure!

Nothing on front of the car is even.grill on one side is out further than other.carry back in 2 weeks for a plastic clear wrap on front. Another day off work.made sure to let u know to bring deductible. Will not use them again.this is a 4 runner 50.000 dollar car.

Not satisfied at all, u did nothing to follow up after I came in for my first service on my new Toyota 4/runner.u did the service in September, then put the 4/runner through the car wash. It ripped the front and back bumpers off the vehicle. The service people were very nice, and took pictures, went into the car wash and brought my bumpers out. I was told they would get with the mgr. Then I receive a call saying my bumpers would be in the next Tuesday’. It is now December 15 , still no one called about my bumpers. Then as I was very busy, the Toyota lockdown in park. It was picked up and taken to Toyota, Rivertown. I got a call to come pick it up the next day. When I was given the keys and went to the car with a very nice gentleman. The car was locked in park again. A technician came out and showed me how to unlock it from park. I was told that I had to buy a $700.00 part to have my car fixed, even still under warranty.
