Took a month to repair my car, and the air conditioner no longer worked when picked up - during a 100 degree streak

I really appreciated the friendliness of staff. They always made me feel welcome and like they were actually happy to see me. It made what could have been an overly frustrating experience pleasant. They made a point to thoroughly explain the entire process and answer all my questions. I would like to specifically mention the three people I interacted with: I believe her name is Delaney? she works the front desk, Mandy, and I can’t remember the other woman’s name, but she did the initial appraisal on my car. Middle aged woman, blonde hair, I think she said she’s from Kansas? Those three are wonderful employees who made the experience pleasant for me. I’m happy with the work done on my car and appreciated that the inside of my car was vacuumed and wiped down. I would happily go to this place again for any auto repair needs.

Car was painted incorrectly, broken light not repaired and rim switched to different tire and not repaired. Employees are really nice.

They did a great job.

From the front desk lady to signing off on my car I will always ask for Abra if needed.

Although the overall repair took a week longer than estimated, we were really pleased with ABRA’s communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and the end result. They did a great job and we’ll definitely be back!

Original estimate to insurance company swap not thorough and many items needing repair were not included. Supplemental estimate had to be done. Then this was never submitted by Abra to the insurance company. I had to call multiple times to keep the process moving forward.

As part of the accident damage, my license plate was dented. After the repair was complete, the license plate was also pounded-out to be flat - I really appreciated the attention to the details here. Thank you.
