Thanks for fixing our truck. It was fast and looks great.

Everything was great. The customer service. The work that was done was great and very speedy.

The repair was done correctly. More importantly everyone went out of their way to answer questions and keep me informed through the entire process.

I liked the constant updates in the progress. It felt like my vehicle never went through a traumatic experience. I also loved that the inside of the vehicle was vacuumed and cleaned. I felt like i wad driving away in a new vehicle.

The car looks great! Now I just need to get a replacement mirror and a kit for my headlight that wasn't replaced and is now very obviously yellow.

The driver door mirror is "popping" and jumping around while it is being adjusted. A trim piece was broken on the driver's door. The damaged rear driver's-side window no longer goes up without holding the switch in it's fully-thrown position. The window does go down with the one touch feature. This tells me a wire has been cut, a pin on a multi-pin connector has been pushed, and/or at least one half of a connector has been broken. Damaging three unrelated items in one small repair speaks volumes about the quality of people ABRA hires, the lack of leadership, training, quality-control, character, integrity, honesty and pride in workmanship of your organization, from the top down. The only thing ABRA is capable of doing to make me "completely satisfied" would be to give me a written account of any known additional damage caused by the actions of your organization while my vehicle was in your possession, so I can have the car properly repaired.

It was a quick and easy experience! Everyone deserves a raise.

I didn’t get an update the last 4 days my car was there until it was ready to be picked up. With my work schedule it is difficult to make it there’s on a work day. The check in process each time is slow, the new lady doesn’t quite have the prioritizauon skills necessary to help when there are multiple customers and calls.
