Had to point out scuff on mirror that was clearly marked but not addressed and also my rear door handle doesn't work now so I'm gonna fix it myself because I dont trust the young kids working in your shop to touch my car again. So hard to teach respect these days. Very disappointed this all went unnoticed..

BIGGEST concern....too many cars parked on site...parking spaces completely taken....roadside parking also limited to none. Please consider allowing other ABRA sites to work with GEICO insurance customers. (And, Triple A insurance customers, as well.)
What a heads up service to have a rental car provided through your shop. You helped alleviate some stress in a unfortunate set of events.

Your location was very convenient. Tina was very happy, polite, and considerate. She kept me informed every couple days as to the progress with my vehicle's repairs. I do appreciate that a lot. My repaired car looks great. It also was nice to not have to go to a separate place for a rental car.
The only thing you could improve would be more parking space when leaving a car for repair or returning a rental.
