Repair work itself is great, insurance experience was great, staff at ABRA couldn’t be better period. They are amazing. Really super awesome people and Likely great leadership there. There are two things that that are just slightly off and really aren’t that big of a deal but I just wanted to give honest feedback. First is with paint. There are super fine 3D swirrels on the door that was repainted. They were able to take it back and make it quite a bit better but it can be seen slightly still. Now keep in mind, the door that was repainted is 100% better than the rest of the vehicle so I’m pretty happy with it. On a brand new vehicle though I wouldn’t be. Also nothing to do with them. But when I dropped off the vehicle enterprise had a vehicle that was one step up from what my limit was. She discounted it to make it to where it was just a dollar and some change extra per day. She noted that it could just come out of the deposit at the end. I declined it but she pushed the sale and I went with it. I understand enterprise is separate and a business but less pressure would have been nice. Again not faulting enterprise and definitely not ABRA. It’s just after paying a $500 deductible for damage in a police related incident that I wasn’t a part of it would have been nice to not have to pay extra for my rental too when I really didn’t want that vehicle anyway. Again not faulting anyone really at all for that just some feedback to take the experience from good to AMAZING! All in all good job, happy with ABRA and enterprise. I would recommend both to anyone and will use both again... haha unfortunately.. no offense

I Love this location all of the staff is amazing to work with and very professional. They did a great job of getting my vehicle fixed and looking like nothing happened. They kept me up to date on what was going on with the parts and progress so I never had to question when they would be done.

The body work looks great. I am very happy. I was having trouble with my door lock and they voluntarily said they could fix it with only a charge for parts which was not done till after I arrived to pick up my car. There is still more wrong with the lock so I am waiting on a call to inform me on how much it will be. Besides for the door I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

It was my first time using them and everyone was very friendly and professional! They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs regularly! My car looked amazing when I got it back, they cleaned both the inside and the outside of the car! I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again!! Thanks for the great job guys!!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The repair didn’t take as long as I thought it would. Was great and convenient to be able to return my rental car at your location. My Jeep looks great!

You all made it look new again shinny and pretty thank you for your good work.

There was adhesive on driver side rear door. Blue making tape all over rear window. Rear passenger side seat belt was stuck inside interior plastic wall. Topper had NO POWER to any lights internal and external. My normal rep is on vacation and I fell like the new rep was just trying to push vehicalnout door without any QC inspections. Makes me wonder what else might be wrong with my vertical now.

Loved the consistent follow-up that kept me regularly informed. Very professional staff from the first minute I walked in the door.
