Absolutely loved this company. Kimberly was such an amazing help. They kept me updated with my car via text message every day and even called to let me know when certain parts will arrive. I am so glad I took my car to this place they truly did a great job and were very professional and respectful. They were even kind enough to paint some old scratches on my car which they did not have to do. I would recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I will not have to use them again but if I do have another wreck they will be the first people I call. Thank you again for such a wonderful service. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Also there's an enterprise inside service king so I didn't have to worry about my rental car at all. They took care of everything right there in the office. Easy PEZ.

Excellent service

My car was returned to me with chips in paint and scratches that were not there before. I dropped it off on Friday morning 930am 9/15/17 The pictures that were pr9vided to use at time of pick up were dated 9/18/17. Upon request of p8ck up. This comes after c9mplaints submitted to the cooperate office. I feel like this is retaliation for complaints. When I dropped the car off there was but minor hail damage and minor scratches in the passenger side that I requested to be buffed out at my expense. The car was returned to me with major scratches in the rear and top of the car along with 3 hood chips on paint that were not present beforw the service. I am very unsatisfied. I had a terrible feeling about the transaction at first. And this has become a terrible experience. Now I am more out of pocket than before for the hail claim started. And will be out of pocket thousands of dollars to repair the vehicle to its origonal condition before it was handed over to the service king location in okc ok Kilpatrick. Please contact me reguard8ng this

My service consultant kept me informed via text messages and phone calls throughout my service experience. She explained the process to me in complete detail. My repair was completed earlier than estimated. I have had cars repaired in the past and I can honestly say this was the best and least stressful repair experience I have ever had. I will definitely use Service King in the future should the need arise and will recommend to all my friends and relatives. Great service and enjoyable experience.
