Kim did a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable and very good at her job. She always kept me updated throughout the repair proces, was always upbeat, and you can tell she wants the customer to have the best experience possible. As for the repairs themselves, service king spared no expense to make sure it was done right. Everything looks great, car drives even better than before, it's like it never happened! I would recommend and use again (hopefully I don't have to though!) 10/10

My service poc ( Kim Sage ) did a marvelous job. She kept me informed of the progress of my the repairs to my Honda to include any setbacks. The only setbacks were due to people not shipping her the requested part(s) for my Honda. I couldn’t be happier with her as my poc for my repairs and would / will gladly come back to her again for any future repairs that your facility can tackle

I was impressed with enterprise rental service located there at service king which makes it convenient for customers to get their rental while their car gets fixed.
