Your team went above and beyond my expectations by not only replacing the AC compressor but after hearing I couldn't pick up my car by the end of the day, your service team pulled my vehicle inside, washed it and even wiped down the dashboard and inside of the car. It was such a nice surprise! I truly appreciate the texts keeping me aware of what is going on with my vehicle. I want to acknowledge Ron for always coming out to speak with me, taking my phone calls, answering my endless questions, and just being an outstanding example of "customer service".

The repairs made to my car were excellent and I couldn't find a place on it that would ever indicate that it had ever been damaged. My vehicle was very clean outside and in probably better than when I dropped it off. The entire staff were very polite, kind and helpful and I so appreciated the daily updates via text message. I must say too that even though I was not paying for the repairs that were done, I felt the charges were very conservative and well worth every cent.
