I would have liked to been forewarned about the black plastic cover behind the bumper being shredded and needing replacement. When I got out on I-5, the noise of this loose piece was deafening. I had to pull over and check under hood and under car, and saw this mess.
Got off the I-5, drove slower on the 99, and got home to better assess.
I'm not saying they are at fault by any means, but surely they noticed this damage.
At any rate, great shop.

I was very pleased with the whole process at Lindstrom’s. From drop off to pick up, I was informed of the progress by their team to let me know how things were coming along and when I could expect the completion of the repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle, the car looked like I just picked up from the dealer. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of body work for their vehicles. Their coordination with the insurance company was also seemless.
