As a general statement: There has got to be a better way to make sure the customer (me) gets everything handled or repaired completely when it comes to insurance claim repairs. I choose to bring my vehicle to Hewlett, but there was this always underlying tone that everything had to be blessed by the insurance company because Hewlett just so happened to be on the insurance companies preferred repair centers. It is to much like health insurance. Would be happy to have a sit down with anyone anytime to discuss. FYI - Gabriel was great. Thank you, Eric W
