The young woman at your reception desk represents Service King very professionally and pleasantly. I very much appreciated receiving text updates on your progress with my car. Every service company should utilize that process. Keeping the customer informed is critical to customer satisfaction. The work on my car looks great. My satisfaction level is a 10 !
