I am so lucky that I was able to find out the car got fixed with a wrong part in the front which is very obvious.Dont you compare with the original when you get a part replaced?I think that is the normal process to follow.I felt like it was a neglect.before you give it to the customer you should double check that everything is replaced by the original correct parts from the manufacturer of the car. So now I wonder what did they do in the inside? How will a trust them?hope I don’t have to go to them again.

There was unnecessary delays due to not ordering correct parts. These parts were listed on the insurance estimate. It also took several days to get an estimate for additional work .

My only very small complaint is the driver’s side floor mat was not cleaned it obviously had white paint dust tracked on it and my running board.
