Hopefully there is not a "Limit" of digital space allowed for this comment. Thank you to Ben, Tom, and Chris for taking time out of their busy schedules to go over the task required to rectify the damage. Thank you Tyler and Eme, Jake for all the updates and communication. Looking over the car quickly, the front Bumper looks Nice. All the hardware and alignment is nicely done. Thanks for the new Condenser, I know it was needed. The Silver on Black looks good. Like Silver and Onyx together. The Hood paint looks Super. Compliments to the ****. Hood alignment is a little off. Right side has a 5mm gap, driver side 2.5 mm. No big deal, I notice those little things. I doubt anyone else would even notice. And the hood hardware is slotted, 5 mins for me to adjust. Just giving you a Roland assessment. Thanks for removing the 3 Turkey feathers that were still in there also. Enjoy your day, Roland

The two ladies in the Collision Center were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately when I got into my accident I was in a very rough position and they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They did everything they possibly could to accommodate my needs knowing the situation that I was in. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle and even though it was a tough time the whole Collision repair process was seamless . Thank you so much!!

Pretty much Everything was good. The only thing that wasn’t ideal is I would keep getting told I would receive a call by a certain time but I had to keep calling and the story was different every time. “It’s in line for paint” then the next time “no it is being prepped for paint” etc. but all is well that ends well and that was my only non 100% satisfied part. All the staff members I had contact with were always friendly.

The entire staff was very accommodating and great to work with. Christina was especially sweet in scheduling my pick up to happen before the Northway traffic peaked and followed through once I arrived. Thank you Christina.

Please check the vechial before call me to pick it up. Waste me 1hour and half to drive back and forth. And you did not repair the vechial perfectly. You want me to leave the vechial almost another week, and if I do not ask , you even do not want to pay for my car rental and the insurance. I am very disappointed.

I thought the work they did was spot on until, I ran into a problem with my washer fluid container and had to bring back to the collision center to have fixed.. I don’t understand how or why the technician didn’t see that something was wrong with the container or why wasn’t the Work proofed before I got my car back the first time, another issue happened and was promised that I would get my car back in the same day and didn’t get it back until a day and a half later.. and keeler had to give me a rental, and had the girls who work at the collision center call me with the news about my vehicle... “ That’s not fair to them”to deal with the customer because someone promises you something will be done and back to you in the same day and it’s not, and than you find something that I told you to check and you find out you have to order the part...

I was very impressed with the whole process right from the initial contact through repairs and final pickup. Advisor EME was most helpful right from the beginning. Her daily progress reports were a nice addition. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend the Collision Center at Keeper for any future work. Job well done.

i would have preferred if the work could have been completed within 30 days (duration of rental car cost coverage by my car insurance) - the body shop was very busy so it took a few days for repairs to start.

Overall, the repairs look great. However, the paint on the refurbished front wheel did not match the original paint on the other three wheels. The paint was much lighter. It was agreed to send wheel back to refurbisher after putting spare tire on car. I left the dealership and quickly realized that the heater fan was not working on a 9 degree day. The fan was working when I dropped the car off on December ****, 2017. I immediately returned the to the collision center and it was agreed that I would leave the car until the wheel was back from repainting and the fan was fixed.

I was barely updated by anyone at keeler when my car was getting serviced. I asked to be emailed and got about 3 emails over a 15 day period updating me on my car. I called many times to get a status update and no one answered or returned my phone calls, the mail box became full and i couldn't even leave a message. On day 15 I emailed Ben and Christina called me back and apologized for everything she was super kind and caring, i really appreciated speaking with her. On arriving to pick up my car i asked to speak with the manager and Ben came down, i expressed my concerns to him and told him i was just disappointed that no one updated me at all. They reached out to my insurance for a new estimate and no one told me they called my insurance company. The lack of communication is horrible and i think it really needs to be improved. I would hate to have to take my business else where but i hope this can improve for you all.

When picking up the car, for rust repair, rust residue had to be wiped off the tailgate handle. A spot, about 3” long, on one of the tailgate hinges had to be buffed out. After leaving the collision center, I had to go directly to Honda Service because all 4 tires were low on tire pressure and the dashboard warning light was on. The rear window is full of fingerprints. There’s greasy marks on the white paint near the tailgate. The car wasn’t even washed. It doesn’t seem like the collision center takes pride in their work.
