While during the process communication concerning the status of my vehicle was good, it completely disappeared in the final 2 days when it was most important. I left 2 messages with the collision group which were never returned. I finally contacted service on Saturday who told me my vehicle was ready only to drive 10 miles to the dealership to be told they made a mistake and I need to return on Monday. Service, who completed a state inspection, was completely unaware that my car had been in the shop for collision repair. A good start with a disappointing finish.

I can’t say enough about my experience at Keeler. Tyler in Keeler Collision was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this stressful time. The staff kept me updated and apprised on all phases. The bodywork was completed earlier than anticipated and the work was superior. I would recommend Keeler to all my friends

I received text messages that said the car was done and then I would receive one that said it would be ready on the day scheduled which was 4 days later. I called and was told that because I was having other work done my car was not ready. Chas said the first messages were automatic. That was very frustrating. The work looks great and the people were very helpful but your messages were not helpful because they were automated. Thank you

Something went wrong with the paint on the back bumper,and hatchback hydraulics which were working fine before I dropped them off. Everything else was great! This is my 3rd time using Keeler and Tyler, Don and Christina were very helpful and accomodating and wonderful to deal with.

When I picked up my car the paint job was runny in a spot or 2 and it had dried like that. Also the plastic piece on my bumper did not look perfect. It looked like that had a little scrape on it. Don is aware of this and just told me to bring the car back whenever I get a chance.

While the service was done well, and the people were accommodating, the price to replace my side mirror was obscene, and could have easily been fixed, for a much less exorbitant fee, elsewhere. I did not realize that my lease agreement gave me no choice in this matter; I will certainly be aware next time.
