I appreciated being kept in the loop about my car’s finish date. Anytime I called in with a question, the help I received was seamless and professional. I also liked having my rental ready for me at the shop along with the staff working alongside my insurer (Geico) to make less work for me. The end product was better than I could have expected. The car looks great! Should I need auto body repair in the future, I will absolutely come back all thanks to your wonderful staff!

I was skeptical to go to a body shop that was recommended by my insurance because I’ve had issues in the past. But after everything that I have gone through, I wouldn’t have wanted to deal with any other shop! I was in and out of my appointment for my estimate and repair within 10 minutes and had all of my questions answered. When I picked up the car, I was worried about how it would look as if I’ve horror stories with paint in the past. It came out looking better than it had before and anything that I asked them, they were able to answer it immediately. Customer services was on par the first day I dropped off my car to the day I picked it up, I couldn’t have asked for better individuals in this incident. Not too mention, that it only took 2 days for everything to get repaired. They also detailed my car, interior and exterior, amazing place and fantastic individuals. 10/10 would highly recommend.

There was an overspray on the chrome the bumper on the side that was repaired is dented on the other side and in addition there is scratches on the other side there’s also scratches on the lower part of the tail gate where it was open and I believe that the step was put on absolutely not satisfied but I am looking forward to you making these repairs thank you so very much have a great day looking forward to hearing from you

I don’t, as yet, have any issues with the repairs and or customer service. My only complaint is with the repair time. As much as I try to rationalize the amount of time it took to repair my car (March 11 to April 19) it still appears excessive. This repair period exceeded my insurance coverage time allowance for a rental vehicle (30 days), thus, resulting in an out-of-pocket payment for every exceeding day. Minor issue perhaps, but I still feel it is worth noting.

They did a beautiful job. Gave be a free loaner car. And returned my car as clean as the day I got it (which is a big deal because I have a dog and kids!).

The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and they did a great job on my car
