I was very dissatisfied with my experience with McCollum Auto Body. Specifically: The shop initially entered by car as a total loss, which resulted in additional stress and anxiety after the accident, as well as several hours of research into looking into new cars, reviewing the valuation, and scanning all of my repair receipts to the insurance company to then find out several days later that you entered the code wrong into the system and that it was not a total loss. While I understand that dealing with insurance claims requires time, the time and stress incurred during this incident was completely unnecessary as the car was not actually a total loss and that was a gross error on the inspectors part. I stopped receiving email updates from you for several weeks, and when I inquired about this it was discovered you had transitioned to text updates and had entered my phone number into the system incorrectly. I provided you with my updated number and then still did not hear anything. It wasn't until I received an email asking why I wasn't returning your calls that you realized you did not update my number even after I provided the correct one. This delayed me picking up my car for a week. I was finally told that my car was ready and went to pick it up to discover that you had not replaced the lug nuts that were removed from the other tires in order to put back on the tire that had popped off so that the tow truck could transport the car. I specifically pointed out these missing lug nuts to the estimator when I first went to the shop. This resulted in over an hour of my time again unnecessarily wasted and I was unable to leave with my car. Ultimatley, my car was at McCollum for SEVEN weeks and due to the multiple errors hours of my time were wasted with unnecessary stress and anxiety.

I felt that when I came to pick up my car after the repairs i was ignored and checkout was incomplete... no one explained what was done and no one was there to answer questions I had about the repairs.

Amy honestly was the best. She made sure I was completely satisfied with everything and that all my needs were met. She went above and beyond my expectations. I have never had better service from an auto body shot. Definitely will be a returning customer whether it’s to get my car detailed or the scary thought of another accident. Thank you so much Amy.

Staff was beyond friendly and had the whole plan mapped out right before me. I just had to walk and listen. Was super convenient having enterprise right there as well. I’d go back there anytime and recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

This was a great experience from the minute I walked in. Service was great, people were freindly and most importantly very personalized. Afterwards, I noticed I had lost my work I'd lost my work ID badge and called back. They searched every where I had been during my visit! I would hate to have my car hurt again but I would not go anywhere else to fix my car if that happened.
