During our recent ice storm, I returned home on Christmas Eve night to find that my parked Kia Soul had been hit and abandoned. After reporting my claim to my insurance company, I called McCollum. Everyone from Megan (who helped me on the phone several times) to Ashly (with her regular updates and positive attitude) to the repair staff made the process as painless as possible. Aside from paying my insurance's deductible, my life was minimally interrupted by the accident -- due to McCollum's excellent service! My car was even ready to pick up four days before the estimated finish date. Thank you for the astonishing service. Hopefully I won't need your services for a while (haha) but when I do, I'll be happy to make the call. Thanks so much!

Despite the sticky situation I was in between the insurance, Lane co, and myself you guys where extremely supportive, flexible and helped me feel like I had someone on my side during the whole situation. I asked at least three times while you had the car if the parking sensor was going to be checked with the dealer, as John initially said might happen. Each time I called I was told by Megan, who checked with the supervisor, that the sensor didn’t need to be recalibrated with the dealer. I did NOT want to deal with anything and wanted to be thorough and proactive while you had the car. Once I drove a couple of blocks after picking up the car, every time I brake the sensor goes off. I called McCullom and told them and they said to bring the car back so you could take it to the dealer. I had an appointment to get to, and don’t understand why I would bring it to you to bring to the dealer when I can just bring it myself at this point. It should have been done during the 2 weeks you had my car and the fact that I called at least 3 times about it before picking it up makes it more aggravating. At this point I will take it myself and if there is payment needed I’m contacting my insurance to deal with it since you failed to.

I had more than one person go above and beyond the call of duty to help me while I was a customer. Megan agreed to trade out my loaner car because I was concerned about the tires not having tread and the seatbelt not working. I appreciated that they gave me another car right away. In fact I appreciated that they had loaners at all! That was so helpful and greatly appreciated! When I went to pick the car up, a young man helped me buff out a scratch on the door that was not related to the bodywork that I had done. That was so thoughtful and it made me really happy because now my car looks brand new! Thank you for that extra attention!
