I never had to wait so long to have my car repaired. 10 days is way to long to pull out dents in the door. It cost me 140.00 dollars to pay for insurance on a rental car. This should have not cost me anything.i didn’t cause the Accident. The repairs on the car was awesome, how long it took was horrible. Not great service from your staff also.

Glad that you send updates via text messages. Usually, customers would need to call to get updates. Absolutely did not expect that perk of lifetime detail service. It's very rare for companies nowadays to give rewards to customers. Front desk girls are super attentive and friendly especially Stephanie. Thanks for a great job done to our Highlander.

I appreciate the work and repair. However this is the third time I’ve had you guys repair 3 diff hit and runs, and all 3 times my car is parked in a tight blocked in spot. The car should be pulled out to the front and the client shouldn’t be made to inch their way out of a blocked in tight space where they risk damaging their car that was just repaired. A woman who worked there seen me struggling today and was nice enough to pull the car out for me. She mentioned that they shouldn’t have parked the car like that so maybe it’s something u r working on. Also, the past 2 times I’ve gotten into my car the inside stinks like oil/ or engine fluid. Both times were cosmetic repairs that didn’t involve engine fluids, but even if it did that shouldn’t happen. Good service, but def. room for improvement.

Still having issues with the body work that was performed. Will be contacting Geico representative soon about the body work and dissatisfaction of the work performed to get it fixed again. Ongoing issues with the same body work parts and quality of work. Tried to do Geico a solid with going with the “highly” recommended repair shop. That was my issue. I will never recommend McCollum to anyone getting their automobile fixed. Three weeks wasted.

After my repair was completed, the doors keyless locking / unlocking feature no longer works and there is a flaw in the paint on the door that was repaired. Due to my long work hours it is very difficult for me to get the time to bring my car back in to be fixed again.

I went to pick up my car and first thing power doorlock inop on drivers side...notice window wedged outside of seal on upper corner. ..opened door..with key..notice lock pin thats supposed to stick thru door panel is not there...i can't believe nobody at this shop didn't see any of these problems. ..so yeah i left my car..i wasn't to happy when i left mccollums body shop..
