My vehicle was not taken care of at all to my satisfaction.. It was incorrectly repaired and the work was sloppy.. There are many issues with the vehicle's body work and cosmetics as well as it vibrating and shaking while driving down the road at high way speeds.. As well as the poor repairs, there were items stolen out of the car including clothing, shoes, and the original set of keys that came with the vehicle at the time of the accident.. The car looks and sounds like it was put back together in about 5 mins.. I am missing lots of caps, bolts, bumper stoppers, and even the cap for the positive terminal under the hood.. I am completely dissatisfied with my service at Hardy Collision Center and will not be recommending this place to anyone..

No communication, I had to call both insurance and collision center to get an update.

Everyone on the team was courteous and fast with their help.

Was told that they could not release the vehicle via fax with a copy of my drivers license and written release because of liability. When I went in, nobody asked for identification. I am very upset over the whole thing. Driving exacerbate s my injuries and the whole thing should have been handled via fax.

Some of the repairs are not compete, I see some broken parts also not replaced. Need to discuss this with you and insurance
