Everything was awesome.

The technicians at McCarthy were so thorough and helpful. They made sure that I was safe and not driving a car that was dangerous for me to drive. They informed me at every turn. They kept my I surance company and rental car company updates with new completion dates so that I didn’t have to worry about that communication falling through. They were professional and simply a blessing from start to finish.

****. Received my car back, thank you. After daylight inspection, I see that the lower plastic bumper guard is not on correctly. Light is able to pass through where it shouldn't be able to. You can look at any modern car for an example of how this lower plastic shield should look. Now look at mine. You'll see the issue. 2. By the gas pedal, I can see wires. A piece of plastic that seals this area and conceals the wires is missing or was never replaced. I'm worried about this being too much of a safety hazard to ignore. I'll call once businesses resume after the holiday to see about getting the vehicle in again. Mechanically, on my test drives so far, it seems to work fine as it did pre-collision.

They took time to make sure my car was fixed correctly and kept me in the loop. Aaron took the time to show me the damage.

The guys were pleasant and the work they did looked great! But, the communication on the status of the repair, was a bit lax. I took off work early 3 days in a row to come and get my truck by 4 pm, only to get there to find out that it wasn’t done. In addition to this, while working on my truck they did more damage to it while putting it back together. Now, they did notify and show me where the damage was and fixed it at no cost to me, but the fact that it was done was disappointing. The day I picked up my vehicle, it was raining so I couldn’t get a good look at the truck until I got it home and was able to get it I’m the garage and wipe it down, only to find out there was another long scratch on the bed that wasn’t there before the repairs were made. I plan to talk to them Monday about it. As I said, the guys were very pleasant to work with. And the repairs they did do, looked great! But It seems they need to be a little more cautious with others vehicles as not to do more damage as the repairs are being made. Scott T
