I had my incident @8am on a Friday - Arnold's was the first place I called even though I had zero referrals or recommendations, other than State Farm giving the name as a "trusted service provider". They got me in the shop for the estimate at 930 that same morning - I left my car there the same day - updates every step of the way were really appreciated - I really got the feeling that they cared about me and my vehicle. I will always recommend Arnold's to anyone who needs a body shop

All I had was a rear bumper repair, however when I got my car back, it was cleaned inside and out, which was an unexpected surprise. The staff was friendly, the repairs were quick, and the popcorn was spectacular. I will recommend Arnold's to anyone who needs a reputable body shop.
