You should most definitely do a inspection/ walk around with your customer to insure satisfaction!!

Everyone at Arnold's was extremely courteous, and the job was finished on schedule. Plus, I enjoyed the toddler who accompanied his Mom to work, and I got some hands-on time with the resident golden retriever.

For a 225 valued complete detail I am not impressed. The engine bay was not touched, the paint finish looks great, but granted it's a brand new car, however it does not feel buffed and waxed. I have chips in the paint that were not touched up. Down by the pedals was not cleaned very well. Only two of the wheels were dressed which is a lack of attention. From 10 feet away it looks awesome but it should it only had 8000 miles and I take care of it, but with a simple close inspection it's obvious the detailer did took for granted that they were starting with a clean vehicle and did not go all the way to make it a try complete detail valued at 225. What I've paid 150 for recently has been twice as good and I received the vehicle back the same day. I have another nicer car scheduled for a detail, I hope for better results.
