There was so much aloha from the moment I drove up to have my car estimated. Very friendly staff and a job well done. I also like the way the gentleman explained the do's and dont's when I picked up my car. You can best believe that I will spread the awesome work you all did.

Repair job was excellent; however when we dropped our car off, my wife was mistaken for another client as charged $500 ded (our ded is $250). It took 5 days for the reversal so in the meantime other charges on the card started getting affected.

They were very accommodating. We were constantly informed on the status of our car and they worked directly with our insurance so no worries on our end. They went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle home. The product looks amazing. You can't even tell we were hit. I will highly recommend Pearlridge fender in the future to all. Not only we satisfied with your work but also happy with all personnel I encountered. First greeted by Andrew who immediately notified Janis and within 5 minutes my car was inspected, pictures taken and estimated done within 10 minutes. Mechanic was very nice, sorry I didn't get his name. Picking up my car was as pleasant with the 3 ladies in the office. Kehau and Andrew briefed me on the work and warranty. Thank you for the great service your staff showed me from beginning to end. Thank you for helping me get a rental car with Enterprise. I will refer people to your shop if anyone ever asks me for a great auto body shop. I wish I had gone to your shop before with a damage to my previous Benz. but made a mistake of going to another shop that was not as good as your shop. Thank you!

I have custom graphics on my truck and it was NOT told to me that part would be removed to complete the job that needed to be preformed. If they would have called and discussed with me I would have been happy to discuss. Instead it was done without my consent.
