Thank you for a wonderful experience. We were greeted well at the start, kept up to date during the entire car process, and informed warmly when the car was finished. Picking up the vehicle was easy to do since the car shop was more than willing to accommodate our hectic schedule. The mechanic took the time to explain to my son what was done to his vehicle and how to care for it. All-in-all, the experience was splendid and exceptional; we will definitely use this shop in the future and/or recommend it to friends and family!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. But what stood out was that there was going to be a delay in finishing my car which was really going to be a problem for us ccpicking up the car on Saturday morning before 10:30 am instead of Friday by 3:30pm. After I told Kehau that the delay was going to be a problem she went far and beyond to get it finished so we could pick up our car on Friday as originally scheduled. I call that Good Service!! And I am a happy and satisfied customer???? and would recommend Pearlridge Fender and Body.

Was kept informed daily on progress of repairs. Car was even returned a day earlier than expected. Entire car was returned in like new condition. All visible portions of car looked perfect. All personnel contacted were pleasant and helpful. If the need arose in the future would not hesitate to select Pearlridge Fender to perform repair work again.
