Awesome customer service! Every employee encountered was more than willing and happy to help. A great company starts at the owner which is how the employees are trained to treat their customers!! Text message and phone call updates were great! Not once did I ever have to wonder what the status was on our vehicle! Great job Pearlridge Fender!! You have a customer for life!!

Thank you for doing an awesome repair on my car. Jeanie and All the staffs are so professional and courteous!! From the office staffs to all repair guys- Thank you so much. They worked around my busy schedule to fit me in for repair. They also allowed me to drop off my car earlier, having the repair guys work before expected. They also assisted me with carrying the car seat out of my car and placing it back when the repair was done. The repair was so quick- just 2 days:-) and they did an awesome job! I will definitely be coming back and recommending Pearlridge Fender and Body for any repairs. Thank you all!

I appreciate Pearlridge recognizing that we have been loyal customers. My initial call to schedule an estimate for damage done to my car by another party would have been in a week’s time. After learning I was a repeat customer, I was given an earlier date (the next day) for an estimate. This relieved a lot of stress in having to wait a week. Work was scheduled and completed promptly. Staff was courteous and sincere in conversations with them. If another unfortunate incident occurs with any of our vehicles, we will always give Pearlridge Fender a car. Also appreciated the car wash. Mahalo!
