I really enjoyed the promptness of all of their communication. From the time I submitted my claim to my insurance company all the way up until I picked my car up, they kept me updated every step of the way. Tyler was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Excellent service, communication and excellent repair

Only comment I have is that if there will be a delay with completion due to a part needed because of additional damage unseen in initial estimate, that the customer be advised. I truly appreciate the assistance of Terry (?)and Tyler, They were both courteous in handling all my questions. And, kudos to the paint department - it is very hard to determine whether there was any damage to the driver's side of the car - except that the passenger door and quarter panel are cleaner than the rest of the car.
