repairs were done well but several small pieces that were ordered have apparently been shipped elsewhere and delayed finish date. While I have picked up the car after 2 delays, those pieces still have not been delivered and installed

The exterior of the car had a hard yellow residue on the finish. The same as my Mazda6 that picked up 10 days earlier. Noticed it right after I got to my next stop, after picking up both vehicles. FYI...

There are still a couple of things to be completed, but I can say that is has been a terrific experience so far.

After a 4700.00 + repair you try to straighten the chrome exhaust extension and it is out of round and looks like crap! Otherwise, great job!

To whom it may concern, I am writing this comment to inform all who read this of what an awful attempt at a repair job I have received at Supreme Collision of Naples FL. ****.) my vehicle was attempted to be returned to me with incomplete work and the car was filthy dirty inside and out. 2.) found on the vehicle was new damage to the body and paint that was done by careless handling of my vehicle. 3.) the work that was incomplete caused a serious mold issue in my vehicle which I specifically “begged the body shop and my GEICO insurance to address properly because my young daughter is highly allergic to mold spores. All of my pleading for a correct repair was ignored. I was forced to take the vehicle before all the issues were addressed because Supreme had my car for 26 days. 4.) I am thirty eight years old and have owned a few new cars which needed repairs from minor to major. Hands down this is the worst repair job I have ever experienced followed up by some of the most awful customer service in the industry. * “Drivers who live their cars be warned! Your vehicle will never be the same.” * “ Both Geico and Supreme have done my family and I wrong on so many levels” Antonio B

Professional staff yet very friendly, making you feel that they really appreciate your business. It is the only place we would consider bringing our cars (and Vespa) for work to be done.

Supreme team is the best team in Naples. They take all the stress away from an already stressful situation. My car came out of the shop looking like it was never in any type of accident. And car was done in a very timely matter after we just went through a cat 4 hurricane. All my business will go through this shop and I will tell all my friends.

Wonderful customer service

All repair work was not completed. Disappointed with lack of attention to detail. Incomplete repairs will require addition appointment and rental vehicle.
