Interior of car smelled of smoke - Please see that interior of car is clear of odors - I do not smoke and am offended by "smokers" smell interior.

The Geico representative did that in an outstanding way. He did that in a very professional way on Monday the 20th. It took him about 30 minutes to have an associate fix the door scratches. Apparently the delivery manager did not believe there was an issue on Saturday. The statements that were made were of a tone that made the customer feel very uncomfortable after initially thinking that this company was providing an excellent experience.

I asked for the front head light caps to be removed and cleaned. It was written down by Kim. Not done! I asked for them to order and install the front end zz BMW sticker. That was written down by Kim. Not done! The driver cup holder was pushed in by staff. Not it fails to own and operate correctly. Not happy with that. When I picked up my car on Saturday and questioned why the above was not completed, I was told to come back next week and they would take care of it?? I educated him - my time is valuable and u don't have time. This should have been completed from the start! Disappointed!

I had 3 quarters of gas in my tank before dropping off and when I picked it up my car the gas had not been restored as I had did for my rental. They even checked it before I gave it to them. I should've had the same amount of gas in my car as the rental place asks for also.

You guys rock! I was visiting FLA for spring break (arriving on a sunday), and your staff assisted my family with getting our car repaired in time for us to leave by the following Friday. we truly appreciate the great service provided and working with to get our car ready for the ride home. In addition the carpets were washed, all performed with smiles on your faces. Thanks so much!

The repair was done BEFORE it was promised. The work appears to be of the highest quality. Everybody that I spoke with at Supreme was helpful and understanding. The begining Tanya was courteous handling the claim. Sterling was able to drive me back to pick up another car. Stacy was also very helpful transporting me to return car. Steve was able to fix a last minute windshield wiper line. So far everything has been smooth. Thank you jr nocera staff

My car were all dirty inside with dust. Other than that u guys do a good job by fixing my car over all experience was a wonderful and people there were very nice and helpful.
