There were several imperfections in the paint and the bumper repair was very poor prep and paint work. Your QC expert admitted he did not get a chance to go over the car. As we are leaving for vacation this evening we will have to bring the car back to give you another shot at it. Paint match looked good, just too many fine details missed that definitely should have been caught and stopped.

The whole SC experience is impressive. The team is professional and patient to explain processes, answer questions and staff w/o the answers easily refer to someone who can answer. My car looks great and I have confidence (instilled by the SC staff) that if any issues should come up that if will receive satisfactory service. I am happy with the comprehensive service JR's company provides.

Positives: I like the feedback and the update pictures and messages. Negatives: I had unusual circumstances and had to travel for school 8 hours away and asked if it was possible for them to finish my car early (3 days from the estimated finish date). They said they would try, but later on they explained that there was no way it would be done because they were 3 techs down. We made other arrangements and I was told that it should be done on tuesday, but that it may not be until Wednesday or Thursday. Upon checking again, they did not have it done until Friday. We had to make other arrangements because I was out of town for a month so my husband was going to pick it up for me. He had to make a trip 8 hours away with my car and had to wait until Friday evening to leave because they were still not finished with my car. When he arrived to pick up my car one of the reflectors was the wrong side and he noticed another mistake that the auto shop did not. He had to call and let them know that the stoppers on the back door/trunk were incorrect. There was only one and it was not the correct size, therefore the door protruded out and there was a gap where the door and my car met. I will now have to go back in when I return from my assignment to allow them to fix the additional problems. Overall the experience was okay. I am very unhappy that my car was not finished until days later than promised, especially when I asked if there was anyway it could be done sooner. Those extra days did not result in a completely finished product. I am unhappy that they did not notice their mistake and that we had to point it out to them. It is just an added inconvenience that I have to bring the car back into the shop although they had it for 3 weeks.
