I was not satisfied with amount of time it took to get my car repaired. told it would be a week to week and a half. Took almost a month. Not once when the date kept getting changed did anyone appoligize. When I picked the car up, the steering wheel,gear shift and door handle were filthy. Something all over back passenger window and old bird poop on passenger side. Not the service I expected.

I was so impressed with your staff and how seamless the process was from dropping the car off, getting the rental and simply picking my car up looking better and even cleaner than I left it. My repair was supposed to be completed Friday, April 22nd. Then, after I called them, I was told that it wouldn't be ready until Monday, April 25th. I would've appreciated a text msg or phone call in advance so that I could make alternative arrangements. So I got dropped off at work on Monday, planning to uber to Supreme Collision when I got off work at 5:00. Again, I had to call them and they told me that it wouldn't be ready until Wed, April 27th. Finally, I got a call on Tuesday, April 26th and was told that my car would be ready by 5:00 that day. When I showed up to pick it up, there was no one in the showroom. I finally got Kim's attention and she said "Aren't you surprised? We got it done early for you." Really? I would say that it's 2 days late! And then they didn't have my keys in the car, as they stated they would be. FINALLY, I came back to the showroom and Kim had my keys hanging with a bunch of keys. She apologized, but what an incredibly annoying situation! Just sayin!
