My car was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday but I didn't receive any phone call about it. Just an email. On the Wednesday that it was supposed to be ready, I got another email saying that it would be ready on Friday. Once again, no phone call. I finally got a call on Friday letting me know it was ready. I think your customers would appreciate phone calls about expected pick up dates or changes to those dates. The emails were great because they offered pictures of the progress, but I think phone calls would be appropriate for pick up dates

All work should have been completed 100% before calling me not once but twice to say it was ready and it wasn't! The bumper wasn't even aligned properly and the naked eye can tell! Not too professional in my opinion!
